- Consultation - Fill out an online medical intake form. A licensed healthcare provider will review your information to determine if a compounded GLP-1 medication is right for you. If you're continuing treatment from another provider, the consultation will help ensure a seamless transition.
- Prescription & Compounding - If approved, your prescription will be sent to a certified compounding pharmacy, where your medication is prepared and shipped.
- Home Delivery - Your medication is delivered straight to your doorstep within days.
Your medication will be shipped via any of the following trusted courier partners: USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- Standard shipping typically takes 4-8 business days
- Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 business days

Our team will email you with a reminder approximately one week before your current medication cycle ends. You can then log back into the experience and complete a quick renewal form to get your next fill.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from the pharmacy. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel, please contact support as soon as possible.
Refunds:
We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your medication and you decide not to proceed with filling it through RelayRx, please contact our support team. We will review your case and, if eligible, process a refund within 7 business days.
We ship to all 50 states except Kentucky, South Carolina and Arkansas.
